SESSION AGREEMENT
BOOKING FEE: $50 IS NOW DUE TO BOOK YOUR SESSION. This is non-refundable should the Client cancel the engagement.
SESSION FEE: $200 will be due at the start of your scheduled appointment. Session Fee covers Portrait Session and Digital Image Proofs from session and choice of 5 Images to Receive Full Retouching. Image Proofs will be made available within 7 days of session. Fully Retouched Images will be made available within 14 days of submitted selection. Client will receive access to download all digital images with print release.
ADDITIONAL RETOUCHED IMAGES or OPTION TO UPGRADE PACKAGE: Want to add on more digital images to be fully retouched? Each additional image file will be $40 and will receive full retouching and any requested art work. Or you have the option to upgrade to the next package of 20 Retouched Images for $200.
PORTRAIT SESSION: The Session is for 1 hour of photographers time and creativity during the session. The Session will take place within photographers studio or a local outdoor location of clients choice.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: BOOKING FEES are non-refundable, but are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction. Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
PRODUCT PRICE LISTS: Client will receive a printed copy of current pricing for prints and products during consultation or at scheduled session. This printed copy will be honored at time of product order. Images that are PURCHASED for print will receive FULL RETOUCHING (Skin Smoothing, Eye Enhancements, Over All Color Enhancements, Removal of Stray Hairs, & Removal of distracting objects)
RETOUCHED PORTRAITS & IMAGES: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of prints, products, & digital images.

HOLD HARMLESS: I agree to hold Linda Johnson harmless for any legal action involving the use of her studio.
