SESSION AGREEMENT
BOOKING FEE: $90 cash or check will be DUE at the time of photography session. This covers location fees for use of farm and props.
SESSION FEE: $400.00 will be due at the start of your scheduled session. Session Fee covers Portrait Session and Digital Image Proofs from session and choice of 15 Images to Receive Full Retouching. Image Proofs will be made available within 7 days of session. Fully Retouched Images will be made available within 14 days of submitted selection. Client will receive access to download all digital images with print release.
PORTRAIT SESSION: The Session is for 2 hours of photographers time and creativity during the session. The Session will take place within photographers studio or a local outdoor location of clients choice.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: BOOKING FEES are non-refundable, but are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction. Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
PRODUCT PRICE LISTS: Client will receive a printed copy of current pricing for prints and products during consultation or at scheduled session. This printed copy will be honored at time of product order. Images that are PURCHASED for print will receive FULL RETOUCHING (Skin Smoothing, Eye Enhancements, Over All Color Enhancements, Removal of Stray Hairs, & Removal of distracting objects)
ADDITIONAL IMAGE RETOUCHING FEE: The fee for each additional image ordered will be $30-$50 per image. The image will receive Full Retouching Services and Any Requested Art Work.
RETOUCHED PORTRAITS & IMAGES: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of prints, products, & digital images.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Amber Duran of Amber Renee Photography. Client has the rights to share digital images with friends/family, and on social media (watermark / logo is not required) a TAG is highly appreciated! Purchase prints from printer of choice (you will receive a print release within your gallery) & printer recommendations!
