Important Information For All Portrait Sessions

Amber Renee Photography is a boutique photography business. Her ultimate goal is to create unique & beautiful imagery. She prides herself in offering Unique Wall Art & Fine Art Prints for home decor.

Amber Realizes that everybody is one of a kind. Therefore, every portrait is an original. Amber will meet with you to create a design concept. She will discuss wardrobe, colors, and how to incorporate personal items from home to tell a story about your family history, hobbies, or professions to make this a one of a kind experience. Amber will review with you the session rates and available packages.

Amber does all the photography herself. Her Studio Lighting is soft and warm which creates a special beauty and realism in her portraits. She allows approximately an hour and a half for your portrait session. During the first fifteen minutes of your appointment she will be setting up. She recommends that you get dressed at the studio during this time, to avoid getting messed or wrinkled. For children sessions age 5 and under, Amber works with an assistant. Parents are encouraged to observe and be available if needed.

Amber Loves the "Golden Hour!" These sessions give the most beautiful natural lighting, which shows sun kissed skin and Luminous backgrounds. Out door locations are only scheduled during the hours of sunrise and sunset. Scheduling times may vary depending on season, weather, and location of choice. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to sharpen hair, makeup and attire, as we are limited on daylight time. Amber is more than excited to go to your favorite location! Please note there will be an extra charge for travel.

Your portrait preview will include your images personally choreographed in a musical audiovisual program just for you. There will be approximately an hour and a half for the presentation and selection process. Amber will help you critique your images to determine your favorites. During this time you will decide on the package that you would like to order. Print sizes and finishes will be finalized. A 50% deposit will be due at that time for any print order. Full payment will be due at that time for digital package. She accepts cash, check, or credit card. Digital Gallery will be sent within 24 hours of payment. Finished prints will be completed in approximately 6-8 weeks. No order is released until it meets our high standards of excellence.

Each of your finished pieces are hand crafted and will be retouched. So don't worry about facial imperfections such as blemishes, scratches or rashes. Facial lines or darkness under the eyes will be softened. You will be called when your finished portraits are ready and an appointment will be scheduled for you to pick them up. Your balance will be due at this time.
